As I recall it was a mixed attacker who's stats were generally low, speed was exceptionally low, and who's lowest base attack (by like 5 points) was also the only one it learned a buff for. It was also Ice/Normal for it's first evo, but Ice/bug for the rest and lost it's egg type like Nidoqueen upon level up, so it could never breed (the first evo was classed as a baby, so it couldn't breed to start). I think it also had the ice equivalent of dry skin, so it had like a 6x weakness to fire and a 4x weakness to pretty much everything. Also, it's gender ratio changed on level up, so males would sometimes become females out of nowhere (or maybe the other way around? I forget).
It was given a Mega that added barely any stats and all of them went into the bad attack stat, I think. It took more out of speed, too. And the mega got Skill Link, but only ever learned Fury Attack that could make use of it.
