For those of us who are actually excited for our return to Kanto, which starter will you be picking? For me, it's Squirtle. He's the perfect mon to go on a 3D kanto adventure with.

how would you feel if it wasn't a straight up remake? like if you started in a different town, maybe in fuchsia with access to the safari to get a starter?

That would be awesome actually. While I'd probably enjoy a normal remake, I'd much prefer a new story just set in the old kanto region. Still, I doubt they would pick a different starting point.

That would be a good idea actually. Revisiting with actual new content is the best way to do nostalgiafagging if you're actually going to do it.
