Theoretically if the world manages to last that long (I highly doubt it), I think some form of internet-based archeology would pop up and they would study behavior of our time mostly by watching vlogs and stuff. So they would probably find Chris-chan and Verlisify and drop any and all research on Pokemon.

We're in a state where we don't create or believe in New gods or myths we study the old. 300 years from now we'll still be playing pokémon and emulating the old ones or the 50th Gen 1 remake. You act as if someone's going to interpret pokémon as having been real things or fae we interacted with. Reading too much Greek mythos.
