>>35447264>Oh, this changed, now its 40% Useless water-types.a quick google search debunks this, the only other region with a extremely unbalanced water type ratio is hoenn, although to a lesser extent. yes other, since kanto has a more noticable gap with poison and water dominating in the chart. oh the irony.
>it's fixed postingit was clearly an argument against the everything after gen 2 isn't pokemon shitposters, the extremely unbalanced type and move distribution is an undeniable issue of gen 1 and a hard jab to its frantic but desperate knights.
>All pure grass mons are shit.at least newer gen devs knew better than to slap the poison secondary type on every grass mon.
>Ice type has proven to be shit by itself by nowit's not about the type still being shit or not it's about slapping one subtype on every mon of said type hurts its identity. which admittetly ice is still treated like shit but it's an improvement
>This is still a problem.newer gens have a reduced rate of them
>That hasn't changed either.yup, which is why I don't get all the team rocket praise. just because they don't use the anime villain get legendary and do x metric it doesn't mean their concept was executed any better. in fact they're pretty bland and boring
>You can't complete any pokedex without events or trading. In fact I'd say unused content its way better than content loked away that is no longer accesible.in a way yes. they're both really dumb methods either way
>Yes the mechanics were broken, yet the level design is some of the best in the franchise, not only intuitive but rewarding. The game was clearly oriented towards singleplayer more than multiplayer thus why its unbalanced. But hey, the balaned mechanics are way better, now everything dies in one hit and the game is "fun".
I don't get how straight out not giving some types good moves can be considered single plyer oriented if anything ti hinders your selection. and the gmes have always been easy so i dont get the 1hit part
