Everything after BW2 is shit

XY are unfinished bland trash
ORAS is mediocre compared to emerald
SM is an unfinished movie
USUM is a shittier movie with the SAME flaws as SM.

Gen 8 might be good, it probably won't, but it's ok since switch piracy will soon be a thing

XY and SM started new generations, and were all rushed, incomplete games.
I absolutely hope history does not repeat itself with generation 8, because if the Switch games are rushed and incomplete like XY and SM, I'm done forever with the franchise.

Not at all OP, I also feel that the 3DS-era of Pokemon games has been poor. It's not necessarily the graphics that I have a problem with, but rather the gameplay itself and how the game is structured. These games can be vibrant with all these features and game mechanics for all I care, but playing through every one of them feels nothing more than a chore. It's as if they're missing the charm that the pre-3DS era had, as if they're nothing more than a lifeless cocoon of what they aspire to be.

B/W2 were not that good, but definitely better than the trash that was gen 6.

As for 7, I only played UM and I thought it was the best game since Platinum. Probably because I was jaded and didn't want to waste my money on S/M. Looks like I was right. It made Ultra Megalopolis fucking awesome, even if short, because it was so unexpected.

Heck, instead of release a Season Pass (which I would've gladly bought) for SM, they decided to re-relase them and add 2-3 new exclusive content that could've been easily added as a DLC. This is not only a pure cashgrab, but a proof of greed from GF and TPCi and a proof that GF, TPCi and the entire franchise have not truly evolved.
