Why the fact that kaiju movies played a huge role in giving inspiration for pokemon designs is barely even mentioned?

A lot of these are stretches. Golem for sure is based on a specific kaiju but I forgot its name.

The only legit ones are Tyranitar-Godzilla, Nidoking-Baragon and maybe Volcarona-Mothra and Aggron-Mechagodzilla.
That said, Pokemon was partially inspired by the capsule kaiju from the series Ultra Seven.

Couple of edits/additions:

-The actual Hedorah reference is the Psychic Organs on the Meowstics
-Golurk is semi-based on Giant Gorg. It's Japanese name is even a shout-out to it.
-Bisharp is actually more based on Kamen Rider
