With intimidate it's just a worse granbull that doesn't hit nearly as hard or tank hits nearly as well, also lacking heal bell utility; with sheer force it still doesn't hit hard enough to compensate and it's as bulky as a wet paper; hyper cutter is meme. If you take away its mega it really has nothing going for it. Shiinotic is a mushroom so it gets spore/leech seed/strength sap, so that's something, mr. mime can still nasty plot up, set screens, etc. Carbink sets rocks and screens, wigglytuff sets rocks and takes two hits, but mawile is just there. Swords dance and sucker punch would be considered assets if it could survive long enough to use them.
Dedenne tho, I'm not even entirely sure it can qualify as a fairy. What's its fairy learnset again? play rough with 58 Atk? People use it for nuzzle and cheek pouch memes, nothing really fairy-esque about it.
