Pretty much all dark-types in Gen II barring Umbreon. Misdreavus as well.
Larvitar is the worst of them all though. You've literally gone through 16 gyms, 4 Elites and 1 Champion by the time you can find one.

Sun and Moon would've been a great opportunity to add a Dark-boosting weather effect, like a solar eclipse.

Having Houndoom use that instead would've been kind of cool. Still sun-based, but more fitting.
