I've always been a sucker for cute though, and it just so happened that some of the top on my lists ended up becoming Fairy and a few of the Fairy ones introduced were high up on the cute list. Togekiss was top cute until Sylveon and Meowstic bumped it down, for example. Mawile and Whimsicott was also high up on cute, Gardevoir was near the top for beautiful and Granbull was near the top for cool, so them getting it made me like the Type as a whole even more. Then you have ones like Sylveon, Xerneas, Comfey, Mega Altaria (Altaria already being high on cute as well beforehand), Mega Audino, (Mega) Diancie, Primarina, Cutiefly, Ribombee, Tapu Lele, and Tapu Fini appearing since and I just can't help but like them more and more as time goes on.
