>poacher, suspicious individuals with a dog pokemon for tracking, a bird pokemon for getaway, some sort of brute for battle, uses moves like arena trap and wrap. maybe sometimes has one of their target pokemon, rare ones or ones said to be hunted for meat. maybe they could give it to you on defeat?
