it says 'based on' but you can't really say it's based on it if it's pretty much exactly the same with like one line and bit of shading different. if you're gonna make fan art of it then do it in a different pose or something, otherwise it's just like, good job, you copied someone else's work. that's not even good enough for passable homework so it's not good enough for art.
