>>35485312Well, Koko is still faster than any ghost below ubers and as far as I recall it is one of the only three electric types in OU, the others being zapdos and magnezone (it's been a while since I play OU, so if rotom wash is up there again correct my statement). So maybe stuff like scarf blacephalon/gengar/chandelure could see some use to catch koko.
Rotom gains an unfortunate quadruple weakness on its base form, and rotom wash might drop a tier below wherever it currently is if there's a strong ghost in the tier. Every electric type becomes marginally worse except, surprisingly enough, heliolisk, although most relevant offensive ghosts already run fighting coverage if they can, so it might not make much of a difference.
Alolan-marowak might come back to OU maybe? it already fucks all koko and zapdos sets that I know of, so being able to kill both with STAB is a plus.
