Is there a Pokemon in particular that you think has an especially clever design? Why?

I think Cacnea's design is pretty fantastic. The flower as a crown, the markings looking like a mouth. Cacnea strays the line between cute and creepy the best out of almost any Pokemon for me - its design just speaks volumes even if you've never seen the Hoenn anime episodes.
