I base this next statement on very little evidence but I wonder if Venomoth was Bug/Psychic or Poison/Psychic at one point in development. It would make a bit more sense why both Koga and Sabrina used one in various stories. Morphon is vague enough not to automatically assume a typing for it. I’m probably overthinking it but who knows.
