Game Freak needs to remove accuracy, and balance moves by removing PP Up and multiplying the Max PP of all moves by their old effective accuracy. This kind of stuff is unacceptable.

This is why competitive pokemon isn't worth the effort, there is skill involved but RNG will always find some way to screw you over completely.

those don't mean as much since you can swap. You can't expect to have a powerful attack to not carry risk, especially in a game where RNG has always been a factor.

It's only a disadvantage if you're trying to sweep or if you're in Doubles.

The overwhelming majority of mid to high tier play is swapping, firing an attack, then swapping again, so having to swap after a Psycho Boost isn't the end of the world. Only scrubs stay in until their current Pokemon dies.

Perhaps eliminate manual switching outside of moves used like Baton, U-Turn and Volt Switch and held items like Red Card? With team preview, guessing the opponent's lead(s) is/are easy enough.

Does kill the Regenerator ability a bit unless you have a partner that can waste a slot on Roar.

Nah, I like the idea of strong move = decent accuracy | weaker move = perfect accuracy. Personally I would remove critical hits from everything and moves that had a high critical hit ratio are now the only moves that can crit (without laser focus and focus energy). I'd also remove the status effect chance from moves like Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam etc.
