That alone is proof she isn't hardest gym leader, because you remember thing that posed an actual threat, especially if you lose to it because hey, you have to see it all a second time. I don't even remember the inside of her gym. I barely remember her town, pretty much nothing other than it had the poffin place in it. Was the galactic headquarters there too maybe, or was that somewhere else?

Point is, far from "DA WURST EVAR" she's downright insignificant.

Gligar's Faint Attack does way less damage than Mismagius' Shadow Ball does to it.

there is a chance in any given playthrough of platinum that you could collect the fossil that revives into shieldon (who's not too hot anyways aside from the base defences) or id you were a complete madman you could grind out the eevee you get litterally just before her gym into an umbreon (also defensively oriented), aside from those 2, thats it.
