Went through dungeon after dungeon after dungeon where I stole from all of them and ended up running out of time on the floor and had to leave before one was recruited. Must've gone through around 3K of them.
Outside my normal team under the right circumstances I would too though.
Going to the stairs room and then Trawl Orbing being the simplest way to do it. Also, depending upon the environment (like if using a Fire, Water, Flying or Ghost Pokémon with a bunch of it around to use as alternative path ways) if I also had a Radar or Luminous Orb to see where they were once they started spawning I'd also probably straight up steal from them.
