Plasma has amazing ost, ghetsis was great, the new plot about saving pokemon which was not his true goal was great, looking like knights because n is a king is good.

skull: just your normal thugs. Lusamine was great (but sadly too obvious), guzma is top tier also ost is amazing. Clothes are also great and hq was nice, small but nice.
Galactic: bunch of autists with 80s clothes that represent muh future. Ost was ok, cyrus is literally the only thing that was good about them.
