Romance seems like a more approachable path given the series, breeding is more or less nonexistent given the humanization of the characters though, isn't it?

In super there was no way to get a second mon if you evolved one, right? If they go with that system again then breeding would make sense, although mc and partner wouldn't be able to do it though.
