>>35512665It kind of does, but only in certain circumstances. Mainly for Legendary pokemon. Since breeding isn't an option, you have to SR for the right nature and IVs. It's not as much of a problem now since Hyper Training means you only need the nature and the correct Hidden Power if you're using it.
But the problem comes from version exclusive legendaries. If you don't have the correct version and can't buy the other, the only option you have is to trade. And if you don't have a friend willing to SR a bunch of times for you then good look finding the legendary with the correct nature on GTS.
