Whats the best romhack for platinum? I want to play one with all pokemon obtainable and a difficulty increase. Bonus points for reusable tms.

Last I heard my uncle, Gubsy, was making a romhack that added all those old gen 1-3 fakemons (the pokegods and all that trash) to Platinum, didn't tell me why he was doing it or how he'd balance Doomsay, Doomsday or Mewthree but he said he'd try his best to keep the game balanced.
