You're honestly over-estimating Magby, using Fire Blast with Magby is different than with a stronger Pokemon that can use it first of all, even so, the difference is ember or even Fire Blast isn't fatal by either standards, but something that can crush organs and break bones in one shot is much more dangerous than ember, unless you give Magby TMs, and if you do, in fairness, we Give Dorumon it's weapons for DW4, either way it won't end well.
