Anything weak to Fire/Water/Grass/Electric/Ground can probably get an ability to nullify that if they want. Everyone else can get Stat relevant boosts like Speed Boost, Pure Power, or Intimidate.

It's either going to be crazy due to the sheer number of possible combinations, or it'll boil down to a handful of busted combos.

Megas also might suck, since they wouldn't benefit.

I'm sure there's sopme kind of insane chain-breeding you could do to give Slowking Magic Guard + Skill Swap (Magic Guard originating from Reuniclus) to try and pass it on to Charizard so oyu could have a Magic Guard mega Charizard that doesn't get fucked by Stealth Rock in base form, but I don't have the patience to try and figure out the breeding chain.
