It has excessive speed for in game with shitty double digit Sp. Atk and its best level up move until it gets Air Slash when it evolves is Air Cutter
It sucks in game and it's aggressively mediocre in all PvP battles. No one cares about a pokemon of a newly nerfed type with shitty attacking stats considering it got released in the same gen as Greninja, Talonflame, Aegislash, and 40 Mega Evolutions.
