Only other things they coyld have maybe given her would have been Regice and Castform.

They really should have tossed in at least one more ice type from previous games into Shoal cave so she could use it.

Agatha barely had ghost types, and Karen had two dark types.

Karen always seemed weird to me too, considering she could have had a Tyranitar, Murkrow, Houndoom, Umbreon, and Sneasel and been perfectly acceptable. As strong as T-Tar is, they could just give it crappy moves to compensate.

Only issue with giving her TTar is that it would have been very underleveled with Johto's level curve. Still an easy team of 5 if they used the other 4 and doubled up on one of them

Hoenn E4 only use Pokemon from their generation. Phoebe is bad too, she only has 3 families (though she should really have Shedinja)
They really needed to expand the Hoenn dex more in ORAS so that everyone could have more diversity.
