So based on the Eeveelutions:

> Water/Electric Raichu
> Fire/Electric Raichu
> Dark/Electric Raichu
> Ice/Electric Raichu
> Grass/Electric Raichu
> Fairy/Electric Raichu

Electric/Electric woukd be redundant so that would just be regular Raichu and the Psychic variation to mirror Espeon would just be Alolan Raichu.
