HOW THEY ALREADY DO? the kyurem fusion mechanic is fine and they dont need to change it to some mega evolution shit where its only during a battle and needs a hold item or where its an ability that activates at 50% health or whatever. just make it how kyurem is and with specific pokemon that work (like legendaries or pokemon that have the same number of evolutions in their line)
