Nintendo just officially registered Let's Go Pikachu and Eevee as website URLs
it's over boys, we're getting a fucking kanto remake instead of gen 8 or gen 4 remakes
pack your bags, they officially jumped ship and fucked their franchise. looks like this will be the first pokemon mainseries game i never touch

Seeing how a rumor says that Red and Blue are featured in the game in some way and that you play as a new protag it sure as fuck seems like a new take on the set up and takes place after RB.

Maybe it's a series reboot.
Maybe it takes place in Kanto for the feels but is full of new characters and around 80-100 new Pokemon.
Maybe there's Kanto forms for Pokemon.
Maybe it's set 50 years in the future and Blue is the new old fart who gives you a Pokemon.

Who the fuck knows.

It may as well be a new game to me.
I never liked that little yellow shit hogging the limelight by forcibly being made "kawaii" so it could be Pokemon's mascot by the Japs when Eevee would have been a much easier and much less forced mascot.
