This is one of several threads I will be posting over the coming days.
Hello and regards, /vp/ of 4chan. I am a journalist who has received the press kit for and viewed the unreleased trailer for the new Pokémon games. Before I describe it to you in full detail, I will make some clarifications. The games are titled as ‘Pokémon - Let’s GO! - Pikachu’ and ‘Pokémon - Let’s GO! - Eevee’ and are rated EVERYONE by the Entertainment Software Rating Board. It is important to know that while these are sister games, they are not releasing as a pair. The Pikachu version will release on September 12th of this year, to celebrate the 20th release anniversary of Pokémon Yellow Version, and it will be released simultaneously with an important Pokémon GO update. The Eevee version will release the day before Thanksgiving holiday, November 21st of this year, to coincide with both Eevee Day and the Black Friday holiday sales. The reason for this strange roll-out is because of three very important factors: the games are vastly different from one another, they are both their own unique experiences, and the Eevee version is … a sequel.
