As long as it's such an orthodox method, not everyone will hack your Switch, so the chance of having someone with a hacked Switch, access to the game and able to dumped the game is a bit low. I do not know if they've even got a way to dumped the games from the cartridge. Not to mention the chance of Nintendo to make new lots with an update that fixes the error and makes it more difficult to hack the Switch.
