heres a square template incase anyone wants to do a square picture thing.

copy the type symbols from the type chart on https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Type and stretch them to the black outlines on the side if you want your type tags to be centered perfectly next to the boxes

i think because the templates are usually transparent so if you paste them into paint or s/t it turns the transparency to black. i use paint tool sai but if you save the original quality picture instead of just copy pasting it itll keep the transparency properly, also the template in this thread isnt transparent.

My starter Trifecta is Feraligatr, Emboar, and Chesnaught. I doubt it will ever change. Emboar is one of my top 10 favorites, I do not understand the hate at all. He's a cool sumo wrestling boar with a flaming mane, it is fucking awesome.

i like emboar too, but people were expecting a quadruped boar, and having it be the third fire/fighting in a row was really not a great choice. it's hard to separate the mon from the context sometimes; i have an irrational disdain for sylveon for being the only new evolution since gen 4 when eevee already had seven and so many other pokemon could use one
