>>35578189Back before GenIV was even revealed, I looked at the effort points each Pokemon gave and noticed a pattern of basic/babies giving 1 point, Stage 1 giving 2, and so on, except a few Pokemon that gave more points than what their supposed stage was. I remember posting this in a forum and saying that I expected there to be a Chansey pre-evo because Chansey gave 2 points in HP while not being evolved. And what do you know, there WAS a Chansey pre-evo in GenIV.
This leak seems to be pretty much the same sort of prediction, and then people adding to it while still saying it's a leak.
>pokemon go integrationGF said they had intentions of this with GenVII, and there is data for catch location and even an icon for Pokemon transfered from GO in the games. Wouldn't be too much of a stretch to assume they'd want to try doing it again with the Switch titles.
>pokemon following you returnsGF has done testing for upcoming features in other games before. Yellow had a primitive version of the happiness system. DP had an area where you could walk with select Pokemon, and then HGSS implemented this in full. USUM had overworld Pokemon you could interact with, so again this could mean GF is planning some feature with that.
>games take place in kanto, are reimaginings of genIThere's been a lot of Kanto pandering lately. And it's been 2 times already where pandering to a specific region eventually led up to remakes. But GenI already had remakes, so what could GF do to not look that cheap? Reimagined versions of the games.
Also, there was that video for the Pokemon Center anniversary that featured all gens, and details about scrapped Pokemon in GenI surfacing.
>starters are pikachu/eeveeThe anime has been doing nostalgia trips lately, and Eevee Project has been hinting at something for a while. Yellow is the only game in the series that has had a strong connection with the anime. Incidentally, the rival in that game had Eevee as a starter.
