Battle system is staying the same, there are not going to be any type changes or an overhaul like rumors are speculating. It will still be turnbased but new legends or pokemon could disrupt meta like they always do. Nothing could be worse than the introduction of megas and 'primals'

False. 6v6 Singles rewards hyper offensive playstyle. It's part of why stuff like Landorus-T whom have no issue going offensive can thrive and Z-Crystals with their strong wallbreaking power and powerful Megas speed it up further. Only scrubs lose to Stall... unless you account for Gothitelle and MegaGengar legality and only THEN is Stall rewarded.

Tbh this, at a certain point in 6v6-stalling only hurts you. Stalling as in protect-substitute-etc. I dont consider stealth rocks-whirlwind stalling.

Stall doesn't even run Substitute at all. That's a move offensive mons carry to shit all over stall tactics since they're safe from any form of status.
Protect is only good on anything with Leech Seed cuz otherwise it serves no purpose unless you're predicting a Scarf/Band/Specs set.
