Not OP but I use 'Cruel a lot too. It has decent bulk and Sp Atk, plus fairy coverage in the newer games.

Also as a kid I just thought it looked cool.

theres even been playthroughs where i used oshawott and still picked up tympole and used it till it was at least a palpitoad

yeah i hate that they didnt give it liquidation in gen 7. (slightly) higher attack than sp atk but not a single physical water move. its still good in game though

never realized that. ive played bw countless times and bw2 only a couple. i think the first time I used azumarill and the last time i used vaporeon. both were alright
