Giving it an immunity to Hazards, Sand, and Toxic would buff it a lot since the only other way to kill is with Fire, Rock, Ghost, Dark, Flying moves or with Perish Song.

So is Chansey and you don't hear people claim Chansey is shit. Shedinja that can only be killed by SE moves and Mold Breaker would be completely broken for Stall. This is also forgetting Swords Dance and Shadow Sneak.

No one is suggesting shedinja with only magic guard, because that would indeed be less used than wonder guard.

ONLY if you have super effective moves or mold breaker you retard. If you don't have a super effective attack or mold breaker, it would be impossible to kill with the given buff from the OP. Shedinja is used as a niche on Stall for this very reason even without the buff. It would be a necessity on Stall if it was immune to Sand, Toxic, and Hazards.
