Also managed to obtain a Cyndaquil on RSE while it wasn't obtainable in Gen III in other way yet
But the code was so long and tedious to type in that I never ever tried another pokemon

Used this when I went to battle N in White version. I sent out Zekrom. He sen out Reshiram. I toss pokeball and catch his Reshiram. I have both dragons. He has nothing.

Just a powersave. Which I mostly bought for multiple save files. I cheated a couple other times like max BP, but I am too autistic to hack pokemon themselves

Would not recommend purchasing a powersaves btw. Fucking buggy ass software that I have to redownload every time I try to use it, they sell cheat codes for the first year or so, if their servers are down I guess you can't use it, etc.

I just wanted save backups on my computer, instead I have to log in to an account and it crashes nearly every time I try to put in my password

99 TMs, spoofing legendary Pokemon first in the box, then as random encounters. Most of them naturally get blocked by some legality checks, but the Lugia and Ho-oh caught at level 3 have yet to be barred. Must have spoofed them in Leaf Green. I should fix the mismatched ones some time... and maybe use what I got legitimately in Colosseum?

I had two GBA ones, one with a port to plug into a PC (which I never actually used) and one without. I also had two DS ones, one where you hotswap the ARDS cartridge with the DS cartridge after selecting your cheats, and one where you can plug the DS cartridge into the ARDS cartridge as an extension. In addition to that, I had a Trainer Toolkit that I bought online from Datel's store but never got a ton of use out of it, especially since the software was only for 32-bit Windows XP.

Gen III took a lot of the piss out of some cheats like stealing pokemon since it would glitch your game.

Ah, what lovely memories. I got Latios and Latias that way as well as Jirachi,Deoxys and Kyogre that way. I didn't really start learning about Shiny forms until gen 4.

Unlimited master balls, catching event Pokémon, catching shinies, getting illegal moves, 99 TMs, It stopped working one day and fucked my Diamond cartridge though. I sent most of the hacked mons to the Pokémon Ranch after that.

I had a Gameshark for the GBC and I used it for catching a low level Mew (outside Pallet Town) and Master Balls. This was way after I beat the game multiple times, though.

I forgot I also used it to unlock that Surfing Pikachu minigame in Yellow (had to teach Pikachu Surf) and I occasionally sold neighborhood kids rare Pokemon for 25 cents a pop. Good times.

Never. I did the clone glitch religiously in Silver though.
Gen 3 I barely played and Gen 4 I mostly played in an R4 because poorfag, and that gave me the benefit of save editors on PC. Only gen 4 game I bought legit was Soulsilver, made a damn good call there as it's by far the most valuable.

I skipped the AR era basically, went straight from ingame broken gbc glitches to pokesav and beyond.

Gameshark for previous ones and AR for DS.

Used them for the event Pokémon because it was ridiculous that they required you to fly around the world to obtain them or know someone who did. Never used them competitively, and after Wi-Fi events became a thing I then deleted the ones I'd cheated in as official ones were made available to me.

Beyond that I also used Sapphire, LeafGreen, and Pearl as learning tools about how the games work and even made up my own codes for them as a result. Made everything boring though so I never used it on any actual playthrough or anything.
