Pikachu valley. It's literally a small area they clumsily shoehorned in that has pikachus standing around for the player to say "ah how cute" but then get bored of after 2 minutes because there is fucking nothing else there besides pikachu.

This place was advertised relatively heavily as a brand new "ultra change" when it could have taken an intern 2 hours to make it.

If you look up the QR code online you can get the ash hat pikachu from an NPC deliveryman.

Not really good for battle since it can't be evolved

No, guaranteed Kanto hat, which everyone had because the first distribution everyone probably grabbed kanto not knowing we were limited to one pikachu, then second distribution was guaranteed kanto hat. So if you want a second/third kanto had, just stop on by!
