Ninjask was never banned and I have no idea what you are talking about with Ninjask (and neither is Trapinch, with only its ability Arena Trap being banned in some gens)
Wobbuffet was only ever banned in Gens 3 (where Wobbuffet had an easy to pull off softlock and was a guaranteed kill on almost every offense Pokemon) and 4 (where it still was a free kill on any offense Pokemon because of Stag). It wasn't until later Gens when you could have Wobbuffet without Stag when it dropped.
You should actually put the effort into researching what's actually banned and possibly why before you make yourself look like an idiot.
