I really like Ice Path. It's quick, there's a bit of a puzzle and there are unique Pokemon there. Wish it had trainers though.
Reflection Cave isn't a challenge to actually navigate, but the trainers in there and wild Wobbuffet make it a great challenging dungeon. Most underrated.

Why does no one talk about original BW Victory Road? I thought it was way more impactful, plus the way you scale it inside and out traversing up and down is really creative. BW2 Victory Road is cool cuz you can see the castle ruins yeah but I'm always surprised by how linear and unengaging it is once I get there

I like both. Route 10 going to the original Victory road was so cool and sliding down those inclines were neat.. Playing through the BW2 version and going through the ruins of the old victory road(or what's left of it) at the end gave me genuine feels.

I love the Brass Tower (iirc), the puzzle was cool and I love the Tower music in Gen 2 a lot, plus Ho-oh's a favorite legendary of mine. Really felt like I was hunting something magical.

I agree with these two posts. I'm happy that Victory Roads aren't just bland caves anymore. It made sense in the first two gens where the graphics were more limited but by Gen 4 it was just a shitty cave that was basically Hoenn's Victory Road again, in a game already full of bland brown caves.

I'm quite fond of the expanded Mt Lanakila in USUM. It's not lengthy or especially challenging, but it isn't super short like the old one and has some really cool stuff, like the crater Necrozma is in.

The Po Town - Shady House area is also pretty good. That section of the game is basically a town that's a dungeon and it's got great atmosphere. It helps that Ula'ula gets increasingly desolate and bleak the further you go, leading right up to Po Town.

Reflection Cave is pretty unique, and Chargestone Cave is also fun, without going on too long.

When the only other dungeons are caves and forests that all start to blend in with each other, it's really cool to walk into a dungeon that's a manmade facility.
