I haven't otherwise used it on in-game teams because I try to never use the same Pokemon twice.

However very early in Gen VI I had someone transfer me up a Hypno with Seismic Toss (FRLG tutor) and Trick just so I could breed Volbeat with 4 egg moves. I bred a flawless HA one in Y, still have it, named after the contest Volbeat.
I bred another one in UM because it got Lunge as a new egg move (but unfortunately can't have both Lunge and Seismic Toss), so I have two battle ready ones. Beater and Kenickie.

But there's heaps of references to it being (one of) my favourites in my /wfg/ posts, and it was the colour scheme for my old wfg list (this is a meme version because I couldn't be bothered digging for an old one).
