Pika Cup sounds impossible until you remember stone evolutions: Raichu, Starmie, Nidos. Alakazam and Gyarados as well. I don't remember what level the Eevee present is. And of course GSC breeding gets you a bunch.

I recall once, when I was a kid, seeing a Hitmonlee use Fly in one of the stadium games. It just consisted of him stretching his legs up until his body was in the air. I don't remember if then the feet went up or stayed on the ground. It was on a real cartridge on a real N64. I didn't imagine it, right?
