Hello, I have some info about the upcoming games from my source so I share with you before the imminent direct.

- Pokemon Let's go will take place only in Kanto, no plans for other region postgame.
- It's a sequel 20 years after Yellow: not big changes from the original (no disaster scenario) but there are a lot of new places.
- After a brief tutorial the story begins with the disappearance of Red and Blue in an ultra wurmhole. You receive from the professor a starter and the Red's pikachu/Blue's eevee as mascot of your journey. So I guess you'll have a party of six + pikachu/eevee.
- You'll encounter Lillie from very start with an alolan vulpix and you challenge her during your jorney.
- The plot involves about Pokemon Fusions: Bill and the legendary birds have a big role in the story
- This game have only 14 new pokemon as I know, they are all ultracreature and legendary/mythical pokemon
- The pokedex contains the 151 pokemon + evo/pre-evo from 1 gen + a lot of kanto forms from other generation
- For instance you'll see Kanto's Flygon or Kanto's Trevenant
- Safari have now alola forms inside.
- New pokeballs like Dawn Ball and Lava Ball
- Only minimal change from Pokemon go (the optional catching mechanic and the pokestops)
- You have to choose your pokemons before you challenge a gym leader.
- A lot of side quest (concept like ultrasun ultramoon but with a menu section)
- PokeRide returns and you can choose from a set of pokemon: for instance for surfing you can use the standard lapras or gyarados (obtain by side quest)
- No new mega evolution
