This is exactly how it looks on a real 3DS too. Anything slightly zoomed in looks atrocious.

You could edit the textures in photoshop or another vector abled program, trace over features with vectors so it’s smooth

No idea about 3DS roms but emuparadise recently put the Pokemon roms back online.
