All of those names are real Japanese names of XY Pokemon. He also provided info and leaked BW sprites to Serebii and Pokebeach which later lead to them being C&D'd by Nintendo and being forced to remove all of them from their sites.

Probably because Nintendo is desperate to keep these secret. If they get leaked and really leaked and there was even worse backlash they be fucked.

And thing is while he is correct that's if these rumors are true. While 5/29 could be the big day either way, keep in mind they've let the trademarks go public and still revealed the games afterwards (big example of this being SM)- though I'm guessing for USUM they did it before the trademark got publicized cause of that.
