The Game takes place in the future. Palett Town is indeed Underwater & Red & Blue Are significantly older. Gold may make an appearance says my source.

- For the First time Both Versions of the game have a radically different experience.

- The Pokemon comprased in this Game are mainly just Gen 1 & 2 Pokemon with very few other Pokemon from other regions.

- All Gen 1 Legendaries are catchable in this game.

- There are new Pokemon in this game but not much to my knowledge. Most of them are Regional Variants, New Evos, or Pre Evolutions.

- Alolan Forms are back but they function a but differently in Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee. To get some of the evolution's you need to use a new method to get them instead of them only evolving in a certain region. An Example I've been told of this is The Pikachu line. The evolutionary line goes now.

- There are more regional Forms for Pokemon in this game simaller to Alolan Forms. I have not been told which Pokemon receive this treatment besides the Magmar line.

- There are still 2 Main Legendaries that a Version Exclusive both of them are full new Pokemon.

- Eevee gets two new Evolutions. Dragon & Poison Type.

- All Mega Evolutions that belong to 1 or 2 stage Pokemon have been made as regular evolutions.3 Stage Pokemon & Legendaries keep their Mega Evolutions.

- The Battle System has not changed that much but has a new twist to it.

- The Pokefinder & Pokemon Amie Return perfected. Pokefinder from my source feels like another game inside the game. Pokemon Amie now utilises all the features the Switch can do. Using Amie Docked and Handheld are two different experiences.

- Super & Hyper Training have both been Scrapped however Game freak is taken the best parts of each and making something new.

- The Online is something brand new never before seen in Pokemon. The Player Search System from X & Y returns and is made more streamline. You can now have friends visit your world and can go off an adventure together & vice versa. This feature allows you to visit people with a different version of the game than you.
