I like Seviper much more; it's one of my favorite pokémon. I still think Zangoose is the better, more unique, if simplistic monster design. Seviper has the accordion thing and blade tail goin' for it though.
I wish that the two of them had been pure Fighting and Poison/Fighting. They look and act the part. I really think it's thematically appropriate and more interesting to make them both Fighting-type.
Also what's the deal with Toxic Boost? Nice idea, but not only did Seviper not get something exclusive in return, but Toxic Boost is just Guts, but slightly worse.
