We all know there's some shit designs out there, or at least designs that fail to meet your own personal (autistic) expectations.

Let's see how well you can edit/redraw to your own liking.

Alolan Persian's big head seemed freaky. But then a cat came around to my house that looked just like it. Apparently if you don't neuter male cats, some of them gain huge muscles around their neck that makes their head look bigger.

My headcanon is that A-Persian is a statement on overbreeding domestic animals. But this is much less disgusting to look at at least.

Just because it has some real life inspiration doesn't make it any less weird. Even without the collar >>35650736 would still look a lot better. The important part is to make the sides of the head actually look like fluffy fur, rather than a perfect flesh sphere.

I still think it looks freaky. But now that I've seen a real life example firsthand, it seems a little less weird.
I do think >>35650736 is a better design. The collar gives it a more regal look which fits with Alolan Persian's backstory.
