I actually even unlocked everything without spending any money on diamonds and only using the diamond exploit for a few items
It takes a while but it's doable.

I played it all the way to the final league. It's like Survive Mola Mola but with jumping contests. it's a really good time-killing game. Pretty much takes a year to beat

Absolutely not.
If you use the diamond exploit you can do it in less than two months, without it it takes about three to maybe four months.

I finished the game 6 months ago, and I must say that it was somewhat boring, but managed to finish it. My first Shiny Magikarp was the #4.
