XY, ORAS and SMUSUM have tons and tons of refrence sheets and concept artwork available online due to it being released through the artbooks. Just do a quick search and you'll find it.
BW and B2W2 also have a few scans here and there, but no where as good in quality.
RSE and DPPt have, as far as I know, sadly none.
