Can someone tell me if Phoenix rising is actually poorly optimized or if its just all these poorfags trying to run a game on their shitty laptops cause they're broke and sad and suck a whole lot of dick. If so I could probably run it smoothly on my setup.

TL;DR is it possible to get it to run at 30+ FPS?
